All Diet and Exercise makes Bob a dull boy.
I've come to grips with the realization that I am not the type of guy that is going to eat only low fat and organic, or hit the gym every morning. I think my focus should be on finding what give and take will be required to hit my goals. I've already adopted the replacement of a big breakfast, and vente latte from starbucks with some yogurt and juice. I've additionally been skipping lunch, or keeping it to a salad. Dinner has been pretty hit or miss most times, as I am still in the process of relocation. I'm certain I will be able to get the diet aspects worked out, and am considering just regulating that entire part of my life with the aid of the good folks over at NIM
What I really need is to get my body moving, what kinds of exercise can I do daily with my current workload?

Bob, it's been a while since your last post man. It's super hard to eat right and exercise when you're moving. The airports and drives are a killer!
I've been doing some dieting myself this year. I've had some awesome results using the P90X at home system. You gotta check that out. Also, Menshealth.com forums are packed full of good weekly diets.
I eat 1/2 cup oatmeal, Peanut Butter, 2 scoops Chocolate Myoplex protien powder ever morning. It tastes like a no bake cookie and it's the perfect carbs/protein mix for the morning.
Good luck man! -
