All Diet and Exercise makes Bob a dull boy.

I've come to grips with the realization that I am not the type of guy that is going to eat only low fat and organic, or hit the gym every morning.  I think my focus should be on finding what give and take will be required to hit my goals.  I've already adopted the replacement of a big breakfast, and vente latte from starbucks with some yogurt and juice.  I've additionally been skipping lunch, or keeping it to a salad.  Dinner has been pretty hit or miss most times, as I am still in the process of relocation.  I'm certain I will be able to get the diet aspects worked out, and am considering just regulating that entire part of my life with the aid of the good folks over at NIM

What I really need is to get my body moving, what kinds of exercise can I do daily with my current workload?

Suggestions?

The big weightloss bet.

This past summer while in Budapest for the Budapest Affiliate Conference, I made a significant wager with my good friend and fellow internet marketer Jan Ippen for the tune of 25,000 Euros.  The bet officially started at the end of this years SEOktoberfest in his hometown of Munich Germany, and will end at the opening day of next years Ocktoberfest.  Who ever loses the biggest % of weight wins, just like in the biggest loser.  I'm going to start blogging my progress and photo updates here after the holidays.  Why after the holidays?  Because that was my suggested bet start date in Budapest, but we made the assumption we would both slip a bit over the holidays.  Because I am looking to do more than just win the bet, but also transform not only my body, but my relationship with food I am officially starting the bet on the first day of 2010, giving the advantage to Jan.  Rest assured I will win the bet never the less.
